Rosalie Plumeri

–

Manchester Township, New Jersey

With Heavy Hearts and Great Sadness, we announce the passing of a beautiful soul, Rosalie Plumeri.

In Loving Memory of Rosalie Plumeri of Manchester, New Jersey, who passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025, we pray to God to bless her departed soul with eternal peace and give strength to the family members to bear the loss of their Beloved Rosalie.

Rosalie Plumeri was born in Trenton, New Jersey, and grew up in Hamilton Square, New Jersey. She was a proud graduate of Steinert High School, Class of 1974.

Rosalie had a deep love for writing poetry and found joy in music of all genres, with Stevie Nicks holding a special place in her heart. She cherished the meaningful conversations she shared in her online Christian Chat Room Group, reflecting her strong faith. A devoted animal lover, she adored her beloved cats, Hootie and Annie, especially.

Rosalie was a highly respected Customer Service Specialist and Compliance Liaison, dedicating her career to companies including CoreStates Bank, First Union/Wachovia Bank, and others. She played a pivotal role in managing and resolving customer service concerns across the Central Customer Service Unit, providing compassionate support through both calls and correspondence.

Her commitment to excellence was evident in her development of computerized complaint tracking and reporting systems, which were later adopted by the First Union Customer Service team. From 1988 to 1991, Rosalie was named CoreStates Bank’s Employee of the Month, and in 1990, she earned the Customer Service Merit Award for receiving the highest number of complimentary letters. Her outstanding contributions led to multiple nominations for the prestigious Corey Award between 1990 and 1993. In 1992, she was honored with the Office of the President Recognition Award for exceptional service.

In 1991, Rosalie joined the Central Tracking Task Force in Philadelphia, where her tireless dedication—often working evenings and weekends—helped resolve over 200 complex cases in just two months.

Rosalie was, above all, a “people” person. Her kindness, integrity, and unwavering commitment to helping others left a lasting impact on everyone she served and worked alongside.

She was predeceased by her parents, Dominic and Beverly (Cassidy) Plumeri, her sister Laura Plumeri, and her brother Terry Plumeri.

Rosalie is lovingly remembered by her brother, Joseph, and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Plumeri; her nephews, Keith Doldy and Dominic Plumeri, along with Dominic’s fiancée, Johanna; and her niece, Melissa Plumeri-Vanarsdale, and her husband, Robert Vanarsdale. She also leaves behind two cherished great-nephews, Dominic Plumeri and Hunter Vanarsdale, and a great-niece, Claire, as well as her dear cousins, Joe, Sam, and Paul Plumeri, and Ed Culliton.
